Panamanian Edwin Díaz and Jesus Silvestre from Mexico weighted 47,600 kg at the official weigh-in for their tomorrow fight at El Palenque in Tepic-Nayarit, Mexico fair.

They are fighting for the interim minimum weight title of the WBA. After they stepped on the scale, before the local commission and the press, the Panamanian tried to intimidate his opponent by placing his chin against the Mexican’s who was very upset.

Other fight of the night will be the defense of Janeth Perez WBA Bantamweight champion and the Japanese challenger Riyo Togo who weighted 53,300 each.

El panameño Edwin Díaz y el mexicano Jesús Silvstre registraron 47,600 Kg en la ceremonia del pesaje oficial para su combate de mañana sábado en El Palenque de la Feria en Tepic-Nayarit, México.

Ambos boxeadores se disputan el campeonato mundial interino de los pesos mínimos de la AMB. Al momento en que ambos púgiles cumplieron con su peso y posaron para los medios de prensa el panameño quiso intimidar a su rival acercándose a tal punto que ambos rostros quedaron juntos, acto que molestó al mexicano.

Para otro combate de la velada, la campeona mundial gallo de la AMB, la mexicana Janeth Pérez y su retadora japonesa Riyo Togo pesaron 53.300 kilogramos.
