WBA press. November 13. The World Boxing Association wishes a very happy day to the entire Panamanian journalist communtiy on the Journalist Day.

Panamanian journalists pay tribute to the memory and history of Gaspar Octavio Hernández, who died in 1918 while doing his work in a national newspaper.

For this reason, the WBA greets the media members, and expresses its gratitude for the support offered to our daily work.

On behalf of the WBA Directors, staff, promoters, boxers, managers, trainers, and all the boxing family, we invite you to continue your sacred mission of spreading truthful and constructive information for a future better.

The WBA extends this salutation message to all the journalists around the world, s they always seek   press out of Panama, which always seeks the growth of boxing as well as the WBA activity.

La Asociación Mundial de Boxeo desea felicitar a todos los comunicadores panameños, quienes celebran hoy su día.

Los periodistas panameños rinden homenaje a la memoria y trayectoria de Gaspar Octavio Hernández, quien falleció en 1918 mientras cumplía con su trabajo en un diario nacional.

Por este motivo, la AMB envía una vez más sus palabras de felicitación para los profesionales de la prensa, y además de agradecimiento por el apoyo y el respaldo que día a día brindan a nuestra labor.

En nombre de la AMB, staff, directivos, promotores, boxeadores, managers, entrenadores y en general de la familia del pugilismo les invitamos a continuar con su labor diaria de divulgar informaciones veraces, y constructivas por un futuro mejor.
